The Graduate School, Khon Kaen University, organized a workshop to formulate an action plan in accordance with the strategic plan and guidelines for plan implementation for the fiscal year 2027, held from August 22-23, 2026, at Baan Rai Tor Fun Homestay, Lom Sak District, Phetchabun Province.
This seminar was led by Professor Dr. Kiatchai Faksri, Acting Dean of the Graduate School, along with the executive team and staff, who brainstormed and established operational guidelines to ensure the action plan aligns with the Graduate School's strategic plan and can be implemented concretely.
In addition to strategic planning, the project also included personnel development activities and relationship-building activities between the executives and staff of the Graduate School to promote unity and teamwork efficiency in the future.
