เงื่อนไข : การพิจารณาในขั้นตอนต่างๆ โดยบัณฑิตวิทยาลัย มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น ถือเป็นที่สิ้นสุด และ ผู้สมัครนำเสนอผลงาน ได้รับทราบข้อตกลงและเงื่อนไขดังต่อไปนี้แล้ว คือ
Consideration Process and Conditions: All consideration processes are reserved for the rights and finalized by Graduate School, and the applicant accepts the following conditions:

1. การเลือกกลุ่มเสนอผลงานและ/หรือประเภทของการเสนอผลงาน เช่น สมัครประเภทบรรยาย อาจจะได้รับการพิจารณาให้เป็นประเภทโปสเตอร์
1. Type/group of presentation e.g. applying for oral presentation but is accepted for poster

2. การได้รับการคัดเลือกผลงานที่จะนำเสนอในงานประชุม และที่จะรวบรวมลงใน Proceedings
2. The selection of accepted papers to be presented and published in the proceedings

3. การตัดสิทธิ์ไม่ให้นำเสนอผลงาน
3. Rejection are on the conditions that:
     3.1 บทคัดย่อ บทความวิจัย และ/หรือโปสเตอร์ไม่ถูกต้องตามแบบฟอร์มหรือรูปแบบที่บัณฑิตวิทยาลัย มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่นกำหนด รวมทั้งไม่แก้ไขตามข้อเสนอแนะของผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ
     3.1 an abstract, a research article and/or a poster is not followed the required format and not revised as the peer review suggestions.
     3.2 การลงทะเบียนและการชำระค่าลงทะเบียนไม่เป็นไปตามข้อกำหนดไว้ไม่ว่ากรณีใดๆ
     3.2 Registration and payment is overdue and/or incomplete.
     3.3 บทความวิจัยเคยนำเสนอในที่อื่นมาก่อน หรือเคยตีพิมพ์หรืออยู่ในระหว่างการพิจารณาตีพิมพ์ ในรายงาน การประชุมวิชาการ/วารสารฉบับใดฉบับหนึ่ง
     3.3 Already presented, publicized, or in consideration of publicizing with any conference or journal

4. ผู้นำเสนอผลงานทั้งแบบบรรยาย และแบบโปสเตอร์ ต้องมานำเสนอผลงานด้วยตนเองในวันงาน หากไม่มาบรรยายหรือไม่พบผู้นำเสนอประจำห้องนำเสนอแบบโปสเตอร์ตามกำหนดเวลา จะถือว่าบทความวิจัยนั้นไม่มีการตีพิมพ์เผยแพร่ผลงานในครั้งนี้ และบัณฑิตวิทยาลัย มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น จะได้ทำหนังสือแจ้งไปยังสถาบันต้นสังกัดนั้น ๆ ทันที
4. The presenters of both oral presentation and poster presentation must present their papers by themselves at the conference on the specified date and time. In case that the presenter absents from the presentation, the papers will not be publicized in this conference, and Graduate School will send a memorandum to the presenter’s original affiliation to inform about this absence.

5. ผู้นำเสนอผลงานต้องเป็นนิสิต นักศึกษาระดับบัณฑิตศึกษาจากสถาบันอุดมศึกษาของรัฐและเอกชนทั้งใน และต่างประเทศซึ่งเป็นหลักสูตรที่มีการทำวิทยานิพนธ์และ/หรือการศึกษาอิสระ
5. The presenter must hold a graduate student status from a program with thesis or independent study from private or government university in Thailand or oversea

6. ผลงานวิจัยได้ผ่านความเห็นชอบจากอาจารย์ที่ปรึกษาวิทยานิพนธ์หรือการศึกษาอิสระ โดยมีอาจารย์ที่ปรึกษาฯ ลงนามรับรองในใบสมัคร
6. The submitted paper is approved by the thesis or independent’s advisor with his/her signing in the application.
