Qualifications
1. Plan A Type A 1
1.1 The applicants hold a bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in Medicine, Dentistry, Veterinary Medicine, Pharmacy, or Bachelor of Science in related fields which are Associated Medical Sciences, Physical Therapy, Radiological Technology, Biological Sciences, Medical Physics, Science, Health Science, Science Technology. The cumulative grade point average (G.P.A.) not less than 3.00 and/or having experience conducting research in the related field, with at least 1 published research works in national or international level.
1.2 In case the applicants do not meet the criteria No. 1.1, it is at the discretion of the Program Administrative Committee.
2. Plan A type A2
2.1 The applicants hold a bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in Medicine, Dentistry, Veterinary Medicine, Pharmacy, or Bachelor of Science in related fields which are Associated Medical Sciences, Physical Therapy, Radiological Technology, Biological Sciences, Medical Physics, Science, Health Science, Science Technology. The cumulative grade point average (G.P.A.) not less than 2.50, or
2.2 The applicants hold a bachelor’s degree as mentioned in No. 2.1 with G.P.A. less than 2.50, however, they have working experience in the related fields for at least 1 year.
2.3 In case the applicants do not meet the criteria in No. 21. or 2.1, it is at the discretion of the Program Administrative Committee.

Qualifications

1.1 Applicants hold bachelor’s degree or its equivalent or expected to graduate in bachelor’s degree in medicine, Dentistry, Pharmacy, or Veterinary Medicine, with the honors or having excellent study result in the top 10% of their class or having research experience and having the published work as the first author.

3.2 Applicants hold bachelor’s degree or its equivalent or expected to graduate in bachelor’s degree in science such as Associated medical science, physical therapy, Radiological Technology, Biological Sciences, and Medical Physics. The cumulative grade point average (G.P.A.) not less than 3.00
3.3 Applicants are proficient in English and having English Proficiency Test result with the minimum score as follows:
