On February 22, 2025, the Graduate School and the Thai Language Department of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences (HUSO) held a Thai Food and Language Exchange activity. This event gave international students a chance to learn about Thai food and culture in a fun and interactive way.

The main highlight was a cooking session led by Asst. Prof. Dr.Walee Preechapanyakul. She taught participants how to cook traditional Thai dishes. Around 40 international students took part in the activity, enjoying both cooking and cultural discussions.

Thai students from the Thai Language Department shared information about the history and meaning of Thai food. International students also got the chance to cook Thai dishes themselves, making the event both educational and enjoyable.

The main goals of this activity were to encourage cultural exchange, help international students learn more about Thai traditions, and build friendships between Thai and international students. By experiencing Thai cooking, participants gained a better understanding of Thai culture while having a fun and memorable time.
