GS37 Form Submission Process

Submission of GS Form 37 - Research Publication, Graduate Studies

Graduate students who have already published or received an acceptance letter for publication should proceed as follows:

Visit GSMIS to fill out GS Form 37, log in with KKU SSO.
Select type of publication, complete the form and attach required documents
Wait for checking process from GS staffs. Students can download PDF file of GS Form 37 to keep it as an evidence of submission.

Required documents for reporting research publication

Presenting work at academic conferences
1) The cover of conference’s proceedings.
2) The table of contents including the student's name.

3) The full manuscript (Copy from the conference’ proceedings book or print out from CD, USB, Online)

4) Certificate of participation/program booklet from the conference (If any)
Receiving anacceptance letter for publication

1) Acceptance letter from the journal

2) The cover page of the most recent published issue.

3) The table of contents of the most recent published issue(If any)

4) The full manuscript submitted for publication

5) Evidence of the journal is available in journal databases such as Scopus, Web of Science, TCI, etc.
Research article has published.

1) The cover page of the journal

2) The table of contents including the student's name.

3) The full manuscript with page numbers specified

4) Evidence of the journal is available in journal databases such as Scopus, Web of Science, TCI, etc.
Innovative work, creative work, or inventions

Revised curriculum after September 27, 2022 - Present	No. 844/2024	Publication in at least 2 international journals, or 1 international journal and a least 1 innovation or creative work applicable for commercial, social, or economic benefits, or at least 1 patent, or as per the conditions of the curriculum or scholarship received For the field of humanities and social sciences, research must be published in 1 quality international journal and 1 quality national/international journal.		Publication in 1 international journals, or Receipt of at least 1 patent, innovative or creative work applicable for commercial, social, or economic benefits in accordance with the conditions of the curriculum or funding received. For the field of humanities and social sciences, if the curriculum is not prepared, a request for exemption may be submitted for consideration and approval by the council.		International journals must comply with the criteria set by OHEC and the Commission of Higher Education Standards' announcement, Guidelines for Publishing Theses in National and International Journals 2022 In the case of innovation or creative work, compliance must follow the attached document of KKU Announcement No. 844/2024
