On February 24, 2023, representatives from Khon Kaen University led by Asst. Prof. Acharawan Topark-Ngarm Assistant to the President for International Affairs, Assoc. Prof. Kiatichai Faksri, the Dean of Graduate School, Professor Wongsa Laohasiriwong, the Dean of the Faculty of Public Health, Asst. Prof. Chitsuta Soomlek, Associate Dean for Research and Innovation of the College of Computing, and Dr. Siripon Tola, the Lecturer from the Faculty of Agriculture visited 3 universities in Indonesia which are the Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta (UNY), Universitas Jenderal Achmad Yani Yogyakarta (UNJAYA) and Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta (UMY). The purposes were to explore and discuss cooperation opportunities in student exchange, staff mobility, and research collaboration.
During the visit, Assoc. Prof. Kiatichai Faksri was a representative to present the program information and the possibility of academic collaboration in the future.
