1. Being a graduate student with active status throughout the duration of receiving this scholarship.

Having research work where they are listed as the first author and it has been published, or it has been accepted for publication, or there is evidence of submission for publication that is currently under review. In all cases, it must be an international academic journal listed in the Scopus database. and the research is considered a part of the graduation process.
