Process for GS Form No. 37 Submission(Publication of Thesis/Independent Study Form)

For students who are going to submit publication evidence to the Graduate School, please follow these steps.

Process for GS Form No. 37 Submission(Publication of Thesis/Independent Study Form)

1. Visit https://bit.ly/3nmBrxA to fill in an online GS Form No.37 on publication
2. Select the type of publication, fill in the form and attach the required documents
3. Click to print out GS form No. 37
4. Student is to sign on the form where required and scanned the signed form as a PDF file
5. Submit the scanned file to your thesis advisor and the faculty staff to sign on the form digitally via Adobe Acrobat (A scanned signature is not accepted)
6. Submit the completed form to Graduate School to these emails: graduate@kku.ac.th, suppib@kku.ac.th, lyaowa@kku.ac.th. Please provide the details including full name, student ID and attach the completed GS form No.37 file with the email.
