ขั้นตอนการลงทะเบียนและฝึกซ้อม

บัณฑิตวิทยาลัย มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น

1. วันที่ 9 ธันวาคม 2564 ลงทะเบียน (เวลา 07.30-09.30 น.)

1. จุดที่ 1 รับชุดตรวจ ATK (แจ้งหมายเลขเรียกแถวที่แจ้งไว้ทางเมล์ หรือดูได้ที่บอร์ดรายชื่อฯ)

(บริเวณชั้นล่าง ฝั่งบึงศรีฐาน อาคารอเนกประสงค์กาญจนาภิเษก)

-ดำเนินการตรวจ ATK ด้วยตัวเอง ณ จุดที่จัดไว้ให้ (จะมีเจ้าหน้าที่คอยดูแลและให้คำแนะนำ)

-แจ้งผลตรวจให้กับเจ้าหน้าที่ ถ้าผลเป็นลบ จะได้สติกเกอร์สีเขียว

-หากผลเป็นบวก เจ้าหน้าที่จะแจ้งโรงพยาบาลศรีนครินทร์ให้มารับเพื่อไปทำ PCR)

2. จุดที่ 2 จุดลงทะเบียน ลงทะเบียนตามป้ายชื่อของแต่ละคณะ

(บริเวณชั้นล่าง ฝั่งบึงศรีฐาน อาคารอเนกประสงค์กาญจนาภิเษก)

-แจ้งหมายเลขเรียกแถว

-รับป้ายหมายเลขและสายคล้องคอ

          3) จุดที่ 3 จุดตั้งแถว

(บริเวณชั้นล่าง ฝั่งโรงเรียนสาธิตศึกษาศาสตร์ อาคารอเนกประสงค์กาญจนาภิเษก)

-เข้าแถวตามการเรียงหมายเลขและแถวที่จัดไว้ให้

          4) ฝึกซ้อม เวลา 09.30-15.00 น.

2. วันที่ 10 ธันวาคม 2564 (เวลา 11.00-17.00 น.)

-เรียกตั้งแถวตรงถนนต้นสน เวลา 11.00 น. บริเวณหน้าป้ายศูนย์ประชุมอเนกประสงค์กาญจนาภิเษก

          -เวลา 12.00 น. เดินแถวเข้าศูนย์ประชุมฯ

          -เวลา 13.30-17.00 น. ฝึกซ้อม และร่วมงาน “สืบทอดปณิธาน อุดมการณ์มอดินแดง

         

3. วันที่ 11 ธันวาคม 2564 (เวลา 09.00-12.00 น.)

-จัดลำดับการมารับชุดตรวจและตรวจ ATK ด้วยตัวเอง ณ ศาลารับปริญญาหลังเดิม

(ข้างอาคารพิมล กลกิจ)

          เวลา 09.00-10.00 น. หมายเลขเรียกแถวที่ 1-300

          เวลา 10.00-11.00 น. หมายเลขเรียกแถวที่ 301-600

          เวลา 11.00-12.00 น. หมายเลขเรียกแถวที่ 601-904

-ดำเนินการตรวจ ATK ด้วยตัวเอง ณ จุดที่จัดไว้ให้ (จะมีเจ้าหน้าที่คอยดูแลและให้คำแนะนำ)

-แจ้งผลตรวจให้กับเจ้าหน้าที่ ถ้าผลเป็นลบ จะได้สติกเกอร์สีเหลือง

-หากผลเป็นบวก เจ้าหน้าที่จะแจ้งโรงพยาบาลศรีนครินทร์ให้มารับเพื่อไปทำ PCR)

4. วันที่ 12 ธันวาคม 2564 (เรียกตั้งแถวตรงถนนต้นสน เวลา 11.00 น. บริเวณหน้าป้ายศูนย์ประชุมอเนกประสงค์กาญจนาภิเษก)

-เข้าแถวตามหมายเลขเรียกแถว (จะเป็นหมายเลขที่แจกให้ใหม่) พร้อมกับติดสติกเกอร์สีเหลือง

(หากสติกเกอร์สีเหลืองหายให้แจ้ง กก.ฝ่ายฝึกซ้อมที่รับผิดชอบตามแถว)

หมายเหตุ 1. ให้บัณฑิตจำหมายเลขเรียกแถว (ทั้งหมายเลขเก่าและหมายเลขใหม่ให้เก็บไว้ในบัตรคล้องคอที่แจกให้)

            2. ขอความร่วมมือบัณฑิตทุกท่าน กรอกแบบสอบถามการมีงานทำตาม QR Code ที่อยู่ในบัตรหมายเลขเรียกแถว โดยจะมี กก.ฝ่ายฝึกซ้อม คอยติดตามหากยังไม่มีการกรอกแบบสอบถาม จะมีการแจ้งเตือนให้ช่วยดำเนินการด้วย (โดยจะส่งให้ทางอีเมล์ ในวันที่ 7 ธันวาคม 2564 เพื่อกรอกข้อมูลแบบสอบถามก่อนได้)

 

Registration and Rehearsal Process for Postgraduate graduates

Graduate School, Khon Kaen University

 

1. December 9, 2021 Registration time: 07.30 a.m. - 09.30 a.m.

1. First step:

• Pick up Covie-19 Antigen Test Kit (ATK) at the first floor of Golden Jubilee Convention Center (Si Than lake side)

(Inform your number which you have received via email to staffs, or you can find your number on the billboard.)   

-    Do a Covid-19 Self-Test by using ATK at Covid-19 Screening Point (There are staffs to give you suggestions about the test.)

-    Report your test result to a staff. If your test result is negative, you will receive the green sticker.

-    In case your test result is positive, staffs from Srinagarind Hospital will pick you up to get the RT-PCR Test.

 

2. Second step:

Registration Process: Graduates register at the registration point. (Divided by faculty)

at the first floor of Golden Jubilee Convention Center (Si Than lake side)

-    Inform your number which you have received via email to staffs

-    Receive your number label, card holder and neck strap

 

3. Third step:

Meet up at the assembly point (the first floor of Golden Jubilee Convention Center (Sathit KKU Demonstration School side)

• Line up according to your line and number

 

4. Rehearsal (9.30 a.m. – 3 p.m.)

 

2. December 10, 2021 Time: 11.00 a.m. – 5 p.m.

- 11 a.m.  Meet up at the Pine Street (In front of the Golden Jubilee Convention Center’s signboard)

- 12 p.m. (at noon) All graduates enter the Golden Jubilee’s hall

 

          - 1.30 p.m. – 5 p.m. น. Rehearsal and join “Succession of the Mo Din Daeng Idealism” event

 

3. December 11, 2021 Time: 09.00 a.m. - 12.00 p.m.

- Pick up Covid-19 Antigen Test Kit (ATK) and do a Covid Self-Test at Old Royal Degree Presentation Hall (Next to Bimala Kalakicha Building) by the following time;

          09.00 a.m. -10.00 a.m.  Postgraduate graduates’ number 1-300

          10.00 a.m. - 11.00 a.m. Postgraduate graduates’ number 301-600

          11.00 a.m. - 12.00 p.m. Postgraduate graduates’ number 601-904

 

- Do a Covid-19 Self-Test by using ATK at Covid-19 Screening Point (There are staffs to give you suggestions about the test.)

-Show your test result to a staff. If your test result is negative, you will receive the yellow sticker.

-In case your test result is positive, staffs from Srinagarind Hospital will pick you up to get the RT-PCR Test.

 

4. December 12, 2021

Meet up at the Pine Street (In front of the Golden Jubilee Convention Center’s signboard) at 11.00 a.m.

- Line up according to your line and number (You will receive the new number.) and show your yellow sticker which you receive from the COVID-19 Self-test.

(If you lose your sticker, please inform the staffs.)

 

Note:     1. Postgraduate graduates must remember their numbers. Keep number labels

(Both old and new numbers) in the card holder that received on the registration day.

            2. Please do a survey of employment status by scanning QR Code on the number labels. We also send the survey to your email on December 7, 2021.
