วัตถุประสงค์

Purposes

 

          การพัฒนาศักยภาพด้านการวิจัยและการเผยแพร่ผลงานวิชาการของนักศึกษาระดับบัณฑิตศึกษาสาขาวิชาร่วมให้มีมาตรฐานระดับสากล จึงมีนโยบายในการส่งเสริมและกระตุ้นให้นักศึกษาเห็นความสำคัญของการตีพิมพ์ผลงานวิจัยในวารสารวิชาการที่มีคุณภาพสูงและได้รับการยอมรับในระดับนานาชาติ การดำเนินนโยบายดังกล่าวมุ่งเน้นการผลักดันให้นักศึกษานำผลงานจากวิทยานิพนธ์ไปตีพิมพ์เผยแพร่ในวารสารวิชาการระดับนานาชาติในระหว่างที่กำลังศึกษาอยู่ ซึ่งจะช่วยเสริมสร้างประสบการณ์และเพิ่มคุณค่าทางวิชาการให้กับผลงานวิทยานิพนธ์ อีกทั้งยังเป็นการยกย่องเชิดชูเกียรติและสร้างการยอมรับให้กับนักศึกษาระดับบัณฑิตศึกษาที่แสดงความสามารถในการสร้างสรรค์วิทยานิพนธ์ที่มีคุณภาพและมาตรฐานสูง อันจะส่งผลให้เกิดการยกระดับคุณภาพของการศึกษาและการวิจัยในสาขาวิชาร่วมโดยรวม

      The development of research potential and academic publication among graduate students in the joint academic programs aims to achieve international standards. Therefore, the program has implemented a policy to encourage and motivate students to recognize the importance of publishing their research in high-quality, internationally recognized academic journals.

     This policy focuses on promoting the publication of research derived from students’ theses in international journals during their period of study. Such practice helps enhance their research experience and academic value while also recognizing and honoring graduate students who demonstrate excellence in producing high-quality theses that meet academic standards. Ultimately, this contributes to elevating the overall quality of education and research within the joint academic programs.

คุณสมบัติของนักศึกษาที่สมัครขอรับทุน

Qualifications of Applicants
          1. เป็นนักศึกษาระดับบัณฑิตศึกษา สถานะปกติ หลักสูตรสาขาวิชาร่วม บัณฑิตวิทยาลัย และ
          2. ไม่อยู่ในระหว่างรอตีพิมพ์ หรือรอสำเร็จการศึกษา และ 
          3. ไม่อยู่ในระหว่างลาพักการศึกษา และ
          4. เป็นนักศึกษาระดับบัณฑิตศึกษา สถานะปกติ หลักสูตรสาขาวิชาร่วม บัณฑิตวิทยาลัย จนถึงวันที่ 15 มกราคม พ.ศ. 2569 
 
  1. Being a graduate student with active status in Interdisciplinary Programs, Graduate School
  2. Must not be in the process of awaiting publication or graduation
  3. Must not be on leave of study period.
  4. Must hold a current student status in Interdisciplinary Programs, Graduate School until January 15, 2026

หลักเกณฑ์ในการให้คะแนนเพื่อพิจารณาจัดสรรทุน

Criteria for Consideration


  
     คณะกรรมการจะพิจารณาให้คะแนนตามเกณฑ์ดังนี้
 
          1. ผลงานตีพิมพ์ที่เสนอต้องเป็นผลงานตีพิมพ์ประเภท Full Article/Original Article ซึ่งต้องปรากฏอยู่ในฐานข้อมูลของ SCOPUS แล้วเท่านั้น และเป็นผลงานวิจัยที่เป็นส่วนหนึ่งที่ใช้ในการสำเร็จการศึกษา 
          2. ผลงานตีพิมพ์ที่ได้รับการตอบรับให้ตีพิมพ์ (Accepted) ในวารสารประเภท Open Access ตั้งแต่วันที่ 1 มีนาคม พ.ศ. 2567 เป็นต้นไป ต้องเป็นไปตามประกาศบัณฑิตวิทยาลัย ฉบับที่ 16/2568 เรื่อง แนวทางการสนับสนุนการตีพิมพ์เพื่อใช้ประกอบการพิจารณาทุนการศึกษาและรางวัลของบัณฑิตวิทยาลัย
          3. ผลงานตีพิมพ์ที่เสนอ ต้องเป็นผลงานตีพิมพ์ที่มีชื่อของนักศึกษาที่สมัครปรากฏเป็นชื่อแรก และต้องเป็นผลงานที่ได้ส่งตีพิมพ์ (Submit) หลังจากเข้าศึกษาในระดับการศึกษาปัจจุบัน
          4. ในกรณีที่เคยได้รับทุนนี้มาแล้ว ผลงานตีพิมพ์ที่เสนอ ต้องเป็นผลงานตีพิมพ์ที่ไม่เคยยื่น ขอรับทุนนี้มาก่อน
          5. เกณฑ์การคิดคะแนนผลงานตีพิมพ์ คะแนนด้านปริมาณของผลงานการตีพิมพ์ จำนวน 1 เรื่อง คิดเป็น 1 คะแนน 
 
              สำหรับนักศึกษาสาขาวิชาชีวเวชศาสตร์ และสาขาวิชาวิทยาศาสตร์การออกกำลังกายและการกีฬา จะพิจารณาให้คะแนนด้านปริมาณของผลงานการตีพิมพ์ เฉพาะผลงานตีพิมพ์ที่มีคุณภาพระดับ Tier1 หรือ Q1 จากฐานข้อมูล SCOPUS เท่านั้น และการพิจารณาระดับคุณภาพของผลงานตีพิมพ์ ให้ใช้ระดับคุณภาพที่ดีที่สุดของวารสารนั้นในปีปัจจุบัน
 
          6. คะแนนด้านคุณภาพของผลงานการตีพิมพ์มีเกณฑ์ ดังนี้
               6.1 ผลงานการตีพิมพ์ระดับ Tier1   1 เรื่อง คิดเป็น   6   คะแนน
               6.2 ผลงานการตีพิมพ์ระดับ Q1      1 เรื่อง คิดเป็น   4   คะแนน
               6.3 ผลงานการตีพิมพ์ระดับ Q2      1 เรื่อง คิดเป็น   3   คะแนน
               6.4 ผลงานการตีพิมพ์ระดับ Q3      1 เรื่อง คิดเป็น   2   คะแนน
               6.5 ผลงานการตีพิมพ์ระดับ Q4      1 เรื่อง คิดเป็น   1   คะแนน
 
          สำหรับนักศึกษาสาขาวิชาชีวเวชศาสตร์ และสาขาวิชาวิทยาศาสตร์การออกกำลังกายและการกีฬา จะพิจารณาให้คะแนนด้านคุณภาพของผลงานการตีพิมพ์ เฉพาะผลงานตีพิมพ์ที่มีคุณภาพระดับ Tier1 หรือ Q1 จากฐานข้อมูล SCOPUS เท่านั้น และการพิจารณาระดับคุณภาพของผลงานตีพิมพ์ ให้ใช้ระดับคุณภาพที่ดีที่สุดของวารสารนั้นในปีปัจจุบัน
 
          7.การคิดคะแนนให้นำคะแนนด้านปริมาณและด้านคุณภาพรวมกัน
 
 
The Graduate Scholarship Management Committee of the Graduate School will score based on the following criteria:
  1. Published works must be a Full Article/Original Article already indexed in the SCOPUS database, and the publication must be part of the thesis for graduation.
  2. Published works that have been accepted for publication in Open Access journals from March 1, 2024 onwards must comply with the Graduate School's Announcement No. 16/2025 regarding Guidelines for Using Publications in Scholarship and Award Considerations of the Graduate School, Khon Kaen University.
  3. The submitted publication must list the applicant’s name as the first author, and the publication must have been submitted after the applicant began their current level of study.
  4. In the case of previous Hall of Fame scholarship recipients, applicants must submit newly published works that have not been used for applying for this scholarship before.
  5. Criteria for scoring published works: The quantity of published works,  with 1 publication being worth 1 point.

​​     For students from Biomedical Sciences and Exercise and Sport Sciences programs, the scoring for the quantity of published works will only consider publications with Tier 1 or Q1 in the SCOPUS Database.
For the consideration of the publication quality level, the highest quality ranking of the journal in the current year shall be applied.

6.  The following criteria are used to assess the quality of published works.

            1. Tier1    1 article    =    6 points
            2. Q1       1 article    =    4 points
            3. Q2       1 article    =    3 points
            4. Q3       1 article    =    2 points
            5. Q4       1 article    =    1 points

     For students from Biomedical Sciences and Exercise and Sport Sciences programs, the scoring for the quality of published works will only consider publications with Tier 1 or Q1 in the SCOPUS Database. For the consideration of the publication quality level, the highest quality ranking of the journal in the current year shall be applied.

7. To calculate the total score, the scores from the quantity and the quality scores must be added together.

การพิจารณาจัดสรรทุน 

Scholarship Allocation

 

 
     แบ่งเป็น ระดับ/หลักสูตรสาขาวิชา  ดังนี้
 
     1. ระดับปริญญาโท  
          1.1 หลักสูตรสาขาวิชาชีวเวชศาสตร์ ที่ได้คะแนนรวมสูงสุด ใน 3 อันดับแรก จะได้รับการจัดสรรทุน คนละ 1 ทุน และใบประกาศเกียรติบัตร
          1.2 หลักสูตรสาขาวิชาวิทยาศาสตร์การออกกำลังกายและการกีฬา ที่ได้คะแนนรวมสูงสุด  ใน 3 อันดับแรก จะได้รับการจัดสรรทุน คนละ 1 ทุน และใบประกาศเกียรติบัตร
          1.3 หลักสูตรสาขาวิชาดนตรีบำบัด ที่ได้คะแนนรวมสูงสุด ใน 3 อันดับแรก จะได้รับการจัดสรรทุน คนละ 1 ทุน และใบประกาศเกียรติบัตร
 
          คะแนนรวมสูงสุดอันดับที่ 1   ได้รับการจัดสรรทุน จำนวน  10,000 บาท
          คะแนนรวมสูงสุดอันดับที่ 2   ได้รับการจัดสรรทุน จำนวน   7,000 บาท
          คะแนนรวมสูงสุดอันดับที่ 3   ได้รับการจัดสรรทุน จำนวน   5,000 บาท
 
     2. ระดับปริญญาเอก  
           2.1 หลักสูตรสาขาวิชาชีวเวชศาสตร์ ที่ได้คะแนนรวมสูงสุด ใน 3 อันดับแรก จะได้รับการจัดสรรทุน คนละ 1 ทุน และใบประกาศเกียรติบัตร
          2.2 หลักสูตรสาขาวิชาวิทยาศาสตร์การออกกำลังกายและการกีฬา ที่ได้คะแนนรวมสูงสุด  ใน 3 อันดับแรก จะได้รับการจัดสรรทุน คนละ 1 ทุน และใบประกาศเกียรติบัตร
 
          คะแนนรวมสูงสุดอันดับที่ 1   ได้รับการจัดสรรทุน จำนวน 12,000 บาท
          คะแนนรวมสูงสุดอันดับที่ 2   ได้รับการจัดสรรทุน จำนวน   10,000 บาท
          คะแนนรวมสูงสุดอันดับที่ 3   ได้รับการจัดสรรทุน จำนวน    7,000 บาท
 
          ในกรณีที่มีคะแนนรวมเท่ากันในแต่ละระดับ/หลักสูตรสาขาวิชา การพิจารณาจัดสรรทุนอาจไม่พิจารณาอันดับถัดไปก็ได้ และสามารถจัดสรรวงเงินทุนใหม่ได้ตามดุลพินิจของคณะกรรมการฯ ทั้งนี้การจัดสรรทุนจะต้องไม่เกินกว่าวงเงินทั้งหมดรวมกันของแต่ระดับ/หลักสูตรสาขาวิชา นั้น  ทั้งนี้ หากมีความจำเป็นต้องตีความว่านักศึกษาที่ยื่นขอรับทุนควรอยู่ในกลุ่มสาขาวิชาใด ให้ขึ้นกับดุลยพินิจของคณะกรรมการฯและถือเป็นที่สุด

Allocated into levels/program of study as follows:

1. Master’s degree
     1.1 Students who rank in the top three in Biomedical Sciences Program with the highest total scores will each be awarded one scholarship and a certificate of honor.
     1.2 Students who rank in the top three in Exercise and Sport Sciences Program with the highest total scores will each be awarded one scholarship and a certificate of honor.
     1.3 Students who rank in the top three in Music Therapy Program with the highest total scores will each be awarded one scholarship and a certificate of honor.
 
     The student who has the first highest total score receives  10,000 THB
     The student who has the second-highest total score receives 7,000 THB
     The student who has the third-highest total score receives   5,000 THB

2. Doctoral degree  

     2.1 Students who rank in the top three in Biomedical Sciences Program with the highest total scores will each be awarded one scholarship and a certificate of honor.
     2.2 Students who rank in the top three in Exercise and Sport Sciences Program with the highest total scores will each be awarded one scholarship and a certificate of honor.
 
     The student who has the first highest total score receives  12,000 THB
     The student who has the second-highest total score receives 10,000 THB
     The student who has the third-highest total score receives   7,000 THB
 
     In the case of equal total scores within each study level/program, the allocation of scholarships may not consider the subsequent ranks, and the scholarship amount may be adjusted at the discretion of the committee. However, the total amount allocated must not exceed the overall budget for each level/program.
 
     Furthermore, if there is a need to determine which program a scholarship applicant should belong to, it will be at the discretion of the committee, and their decision will be final.

             (1) ใบสมัครที่มีข้อมูลครบถ้วนและได้รับความเห็นชอบจากอาจารย์ที่ปรึกษาวิทยานิพนธ์           
             (2) ให้นักศึกษากรอกข้อมูลตามแบบฟอร์มออนไลน์ที่กำหนด โดยขอสงวนสิทธิ์พิจารณาเฉพาะนักศึกษาที่กรอกข้อมูลในรูปแบบตามที่กำหนดถูกต้องเท่านั้น 
 
    ประกาศผลการพิจารณา วันที่ 15 มกราคม พ.ศ. 2569

  2. Students are required to fill out information according to the specified online form. Please note that only students who correctly fill out the information as specified will be considered.
